Registration
YOU HAVE TO REGISTER BEFORE 5th May (Registration form filled and payment done).
In order to attend the conference, you will have to fill the on line a registration form. Specific information on the conference venue and advice on lodging is also provided on this page and here
Please note that:
- Arrivals at VACANCIEL should be before 8:00 PM (dinner: 7:00 PM) and departures before 12:00 AM. For late arrival, specific informations will be provided 1 week before the conference.
-if you wish to attend the conference with a partner then a double room will be necessary, and two registration forms (one for you and one for your partner) will be necessary. You will also have to fill the appropriate fields in the registration form (select “not attending” for the person who will not attend to the conference, you will not have the conference fees to pay, but 40 euros, covering lunch and coffee breaks)
- Arrivals before 19th May and departure after 23rd May cannot be dealt with by the conference registration service. You can book rooms outside the conference period by contacting VACANCIEL directly. Phone: +33 475 824 545 (International number) or 0825 12 45 45 (from France only).

Single room : 73 euros/person No More single single rooms for this night. You can book another hotel at Carry-le-Rouet for this night. All informations are available here. Please don’t send email to ask a single room at VACANCIEL for this night. It’s full.
Double room : 62 euros/person [Only 3 rooms still available]
These fees relate to the night of the 19th May to 20th May ONLY

- Arrivals between 20th and 22nd May
Single room: 94 euros/night/person
Double room: 80 euros/night/person
[Including: Diner, night and breakfast]
Detailed fees for the conference:
- Workshops: 100 euros/person
[Including: lunch, 2 coffee breaks, the workshops papers]
- Conference fees: 300 euros/person
[Including: lunch and 2 coffee breaks for the 3 days, a bag, the proceedings of the conference]
- Persons who will not attend to the conference: 40 euros/person/day
[Including: lunch and 2 coffee breaks]
Special fees for Phd. Students:
- Workshops: 50 euros/person
- Conference fees: 150 euros/person
- Lodging: No special fees but you can book a double room
Please note that conference fees can not be divided
Means of payment
Registration Fees should be made payable to IEP d’Aix-en-Provence and must be in EURO currency.

Electronic mail or internet registration ONLY will not be accepted.
You will receive detailed instructions in the confirmation e-mail after registration. Before validating your online registration form, DO NOT forget to keep in mind the amount to pay that appears at the end of the form.
