Lodging
Accommodation :
You will have to register (see the part registration and fees), with dates and preferences. Each room will be booked under the name of the participant. You will receive an e-mail to inform you that your reservation has been fully registered.
Registration fees and expenses in relation to the conference :
Beside accommodation, you will also register for the conference, or for the workshops, or for both. Participants to the conference who won’t be lodging at VACANCIEL will incur, beside their personal expenses, a nominal fee of 40 euros covering lunches and coffee breaks. For those lodging at VACANCIEL, this fee will be included in the accommodation cost.
Getting to VACANCIEL (printing this part is highly recommended) :
You can find how to get to VACANCIEL in the part useful information. On arriving at VACANCIEL you’ll have to stop at a large white automatic gate; the code to open it will be given by mail to each participant.The reception desk closing at 10 p.m., please make sure you’ll get there before that time (for late arrival, please, send u an email, as well, we’ll give you specific instructions). Similarly, the restaurant won’t be able to serve dinner after 8 p.m… In both cases, respecting those constraints will allow us to accommodate you in good conditions.
